Saturday, August 3rd, 10am - 1pm
Just like summer invites us into the unknown, the medium of fabric sun printing allows us to let go of control and watch the print be exposed by the sunlight.
Guided by Kirsten Young (Artist & Occupational Therapist) & Sarah Shreves (Artist & Integrative Life Coach) we will use visualization, breath work, creative expression and verbal processing to move out of the head and into the heart. You will leave with clarity, a tangible action step to activate, along with your unique framed sun print to remind you of the form you are putting your energy toward this summer.
Light snacks & bubbly drinks will be served. No art experience required. Tickets are limited.
This workshop will be held at a private home in Normal Heights. Exact address will be emailed to participants a few days before the event.
