Happenings

Storytelling Through Form | Saturday, March 23rd, 10-1

Join us in the first week of spring as we honor and nurture our emotions and experiences through art. We will spend the morning processing through form instead of words, facilitated by local integrative life coach Sarah Shreves and artist Kirsten Young. You will craft your own unique mixed media piece, leaving with your framed work. Light spring inspired snacks and drinks will be served. Material fee is $20, tickets can be found here

Pop-Up at Cotton & Flax | Saturday, April 27th, 12-5

We had so much fun popping up at Cotton & Flax earlier this year, we're collaborating for another pop-up, this time during Adams Avenue Unplugged, a free musical walkabout. Parking will be limited, so use public transit, or ride your bike! Erin has filled her studio with so many beautiful objects, and we can't wait to share our spring shop with you in person. 3180 Adams Avenue, 92116

Spring Fika | Sunday, May 19th, 2-4

We have really missed our Sunday fika in the shop - taking a moment to slow down and have meaningful conversation with friends, old and new. We're so happy to invite you to our first fika in the studio this spring. This will be an informal gathering, but if you're willing to share, please bring a poem that's meaningful to you. Ticket price includes fresh pastries from our favorite Wayfarer Bread, fruit, coffee + tea.

Seasonal Cookbook Club | Saturday, June 29th, 6:30

A few months ago we were introduced to cookbook club in Bon Appetit, and we immediately fell in love with the concept. As you probably know, gathering with people over food is one of our favorite things, and we have been dreaming up ways to make the idea come to life in our community. Our first pick is Carla Lalli Music's (@lallimusic) new cookbook "Where Cooking Begins." Tickets and details here. Seats are limited!
